SCG Financial will establish a new business entity of your choice after a careful review of your tax situation both personally and under your current self employed business. We do not use online incorporation companies. All work is done in-house. Our fees include 1 year corporate/LLC compliance work. This involves monthly and quarterly minutes that are required by the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board.

Our fees will also include all filing fees, new City of Los Angeles Business Registration, EIN account numbers, EDD account numbers, and establishment of payroll services with a 3rd party provider (for Corporations).

We will guide you throughout the entire Business Set up Process. We instruct you on how to operate your new business. Separate Fee Engagements will be set up for Bookkeeping services and any other ancillary services added.
