We collect customers checks, deposits, and other data and record information into a general ledger accounting system (Quickbooks). Information will either be picked up or it can be mailed to us. We provide bank reconciliation services for all accounts and will monitor all activity via online access. All information will have to be provided by the customer. Material received by the 10th of the month will be completed by the 25th for monthly accounting services.

We also provide bookkeeping services onsite at your office or home. Client must have QuickBooks set up at the office. SCG provides discounts on QuickBooks Software for those companies who must upgrade to a newer version.

Bookkeeping services are billed at an hourly rate of $65.00 per hour or charged a monthly fee for all services except income taxes and payroll processing. ** ( Other packages and rates are customized based on client at time of a signed agreement.) We will generally determine whether you are more a monthly or a quarterly client based on work load and client preference. Monthly rates or Quarterly rates are usually preferred and include phone calls, emails and all services.
